Ava sorts bottles in a brewery.  After a tragic accident involving a colleague, she is sent to the company psychologist, where she meets the young intern Tristan. Tristan takes Ava into his world, which consists of decadent parties at his parents' house and pointless tests of courage.  Ava realizes that Tristan has an asymmetrical relationship with her from which she cannot easily escape. During a nighttime excursion to an outdoor pool, she draws a violent conclusion.
